Bus hiring fees and charges

All rates are GST inclusive. Half day hire is for morning and afternoon hire ONLY. Evening hire will be charged at the
day rate.
Fuel
Fuel will be charged at 30 cents per kilometer calculated on the number of kilometers travelled as entered on the Vehicle log sheet.. A $50.00 fuel deposit will be held to be refunded or adjusted on return of keys etc. Vehicle to be refueled at end of trip at United Fuels, 189 South Creek Road, Cromer (near Depot). Log sheets to be completed (one stays on bus the other returned with keys etc.
Tolls
Tolls will be charged at end of hire.

Deposit
Community and other groups (letter on letterhead requesting bus & ABN). Non Community groups full payment of hire charges. All bus hirers are required to read and sign bus hire terms and conditions.
